For those trying to sync your questions from the Plickers app to the Live View page, you can now check the status of this connection, directly from the app!
When you select your question in the app through the Queue, you will now see a 'status indicator', that will tell you exactly the status of Live View. Below is a breakdown of what each status means and potential steps you may need to take to ensure Live View is updating:
Live View Updated (Green) - The Live View page was updated successfully within the last 5 minutes and your question should be showing up on the Live View page on the Plickers website.
Live View Updated (Yellow) - The Live View page was updated successfully recently (over 5 minutes ago). If you no longer see the question on the Live View page, you may need to refresh the page.
Updating Live View - The Live View page is in the process of updating. This should followed immediately by a Green or Red indicator.
No Connection to Live View - The app is failing to connect to Plickers. If the Retry button does not bring it up, make sure that your device is connected to the internet.
